Aéroport Paris Orly, a biometric journey from check-in to boarding

In 2020, IDEMIA supports the ADP Group and Transavia in experimenting a new biometric journey for passengers at Orly airport. From the entrance to the terminal to the boarding, IDEMIA, leader in biometric security solutions, is experimenting a new passenger pathway in the Paris region, based on its ID2Travel solution. Leaving aside their identity and travel documents, volunteer passengers validate their passage through the checkpoints by simply recognizing their face.

In today's environment where physical interactions are limited, facial recognition technology, combined with automated gates, ensures a seamless and secure contactless experience for passengers.
