Compétences & Prérequis: 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 en école de commerce pour un apprentissage d'une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

? Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière créative

? Bonne maîtrise de la suite Google (Slide, Doc, Sheet)

? Capacité à communiquer à différentes parties prenantes

? Etre capable de faire des présentations à différentes audiences et d'animer des ateliers

? Adaptabilité et flexibilité pour travailler sur des sujets divers

? Intéressé(e) pour la création de nouvelles solutions

? Intéressé(e) par les sujets environnementaux et sociétaux

? Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais :  avancé

Français : avancé

Notre processus de sélection: 

L'ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled  "Apprentice Sustainability Competences & Change Management(M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Toulouse site. You will join the Widebody Programme Performance department in charge of collaborating hand to hand with all the functions of the company to set up and execute the right menu to deliver the expected performance level for the A350 & A330 programmes.

This apprenticeship will consist in improving our impact on sustainability and other key competencies for our current & future programmes. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 year(s). This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a tutor who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in your activities and the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

Organize and deploy the ?Fresque du Climat' training for all Programmes in Airbus

Define the Competences strategy for the programmes

Identify future competences (eg. AI) and support in deploying new trainings

Benchmark internally and externally for new ideas on sustainability cultural change and competences management

Be a key contributor to the competences forums

Skills & Pre-requisites: 

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in Business School or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

- Ability to solve issues in a creative manner 

- Good knowledge of Google Suite tools

- Ability to communicate to different stakeholders

- Presentation skills & at ease to animate workshops 

- Adaptability and flexibility to work with different topics

- Interested in creating new solutions 

- Interested in environmental, innovation & society topics

Language skills: 

English: advanced

French: advanced

Our selection process:

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
