MISSION

Within the ?Programs? directorate, the ?Performance Improvement? department is responsible for driving the performance of the ATR Company and its continuous improvement.

The jobholder will be steering the overall company performance towards ATR Objectives.

This position will give you the opportunity to interact with multiple stakeholders across the entire organization and have an overview of a wide scope of activities.

This position is reporting to ?ATR Ho Performance Improvement?.

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Based on ATR ambitions and strategy, the Company Performance Manager will be responsible for driving the performance in line with the Top Company Objectives, setting-up a proper Company Performance management system as well as to drive a continuous change management culture across the Company.
