Resilience is the ability to successfully deal with and recover from difficult life experiences and in this session were meeting Brooke and Steven who will be sharing theirs. Brooke had to cope with a late in life Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis, and Steven, whos OCD was formally confirmed when he was at university.
