At Morat Swoboda Motion, Liebherr's hobbing and gear grinding machines are running at full speed. In March, the joint venture put a new production plant for electric drive components into operation in Nowa Ruda, Poland. "Our goal was to manufacture the parts in the new plant with maximum precision and a high degree of automation," explains Stephan Mayer, project manager for setting up the new production facility, in an interview.
