TechTP - Clean Sky 2's first demonstrator!

The TechTP engine is Clean Sky 2's first delivered demonstrator!

This project takes its inspiration from helicopters! Safran and 20 EU partners have pooled their expertise to adapt a helicopter engine for use in a greener turboprop engine, leading to:

15% CO2 reduction
5 decibels noise reduction

This adaptation requires design innovation for the nacelle, control system, propeller, and more.
