AeroSHARK - Cutting emissions with sharkskin technology

Lufthansa Technik and BASF have developed AeroSHARK, a surface film that mimics the fine structure of a sharks skin. Promising significant savings in fuel and carbon dioxide emissions, it is to be rolled out on Lufthansa Cargos entire freighter fleet in 2022.
