Zodiac Aerospace acquires Enviro Systems

Zodiac Aerospace has finalized the acquisition of Enviro Systems, a US company dedicated to Environment Control Systems for business aviation and helicopters.

Enviro Systems employs about 160 people at its site located in Seminole (Oklahoma) and achieved in its fiscal year ended 30 September 2014 a sales revenue of $34 million.

This company, engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of vapor cycle air conditioning, bleed air control and cabin pressure systems as well as related equipment and components, will become a new division of the Aircraft Systems segment. The know-how it has developed will also complement the skills of the Fluid Management and Water & Waste divisions of the segment. Enviro Systems acts as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier of numerous Original Aircraft Manufacturers.
