Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous avez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines (ou équivalent).

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

Qualités relationnelles et travail en équipe

Rigoureux(se) et force de proposition, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'adaptation et votre autonomie

Excellente maîtrise de Goggle Sheets et Slides 

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  : avancé 

Français : avancé

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer. 

Notre processus de sélection

L'ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. 

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Blagnac site.

You will join the Engineering Systems Human resource department in charge of the Systems Engineering perimeter.

This apprenticeship will consist of assisting the Human Resource Business Partner team (HRBPs) aiming at launching and applying HR policies and processes in a specific area (Engineering Systems). 

This apprenticeship will start in September 2023 and will last 2 or 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

Participate in the deployment of the different phases of the HR cycle (career development, retirement, performance and salary review, training, etc)

We may ask you to support the administrative processes and missions such as the onboarding and immigration services

You may also be asked to work on different projects such as the elaboration of documents to communicate on HR processes and on HR reporting

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will be enrolled in a Bac+5 level training in the field of Human Resources or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

Ability to create trustful relationships and a preference to work in a team

Rigor and full of ideas you are known for your capacity to adapt and for your autonomy

Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides

Language skills:

English: advanced

French: fluent

Our selection process

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
