Logistics Controller

We are a hugely successful and pioneering machinery manufacturer proud to be delivering innovative, bespoke solutions and turnkey systems to our customers all over the world. Due to an exciting period of growth and an internal promotion, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Logistics Controller with strong import and export experience to join our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to really make your mark in an autonomous role managing the shipping of new machine sales to our worldwide customer base via air, road and sea freight and we can offer flexibility on how the 24 hours are worked across 4 or 5 days, an attractive salary, annual bonus and more.

We invite applications from experienced Logistics Controllers with the following attributes:

• Excellent understanding of UK and global customs procedures for exporting and importing goods.
• Certificates of Origin; EUR1 & AAD\'s understanding / experience
• Working knowledge of Inward Processing Relief (IPR).
• Used to working unsupervised and using own initiative.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Experience with Systems usage (ERP/MRP)
