From October 3rd to 5th, the IFTM-Top Résa Trade Show, which will be held at the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles, will offer an opportunity to explore professional prospects in the aviation industry by meeting with the Air France teams.

Air France's booth will be located in the Attractiveness Village, Pavilion 1, Alley H 60. Admission to the exhibition will be free for students with their ID cards from 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 5th, without prior registration.

The highlight of Air France's participation in the trade show will be a "job-dating" event on Thursday, October 5th, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The goal of this event is to recruit ground agents in anticipation of the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics, in which Air France is an official partner. The company will play a crucial role in welcoming and assisting customers, athletes, and spectators of this global event.

However, Air France is also looking to fill positions in various sectors, including passenger transport, aircraft maintenance, cargo, IT, and revenue management, to meet the needs of its clientele and contribute to the future of aviation in a more responsible manner.

Air France is committed to long-term investment in its employees by providing professional development opportunities and encouraging them to acquire new skills in various areas within the company.

In 2023, nearly 2,000 new employees joined Air France, including pilots, mechanics, and managers on permanent contracts. This recruitment momentum will continue in 2024, offering career prospects for those who wish to join the company.
