The project co-ordinator covers the tactical day-to-day programme requirements through the ownership and liaison with multiple key stakeholders, to achieve the programme objectives during the entry phase.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
? Manage the liaison with multiple key stakeholders (Programme, production control, supply chain, logistics, operations, onsite support etc)
? Oversee the tactical execution of day-to-day programme requirements including supply chain activities across production planning & control, program purchasing, operational procurement and sales & operations planning
? Create an inventory and monitor hardware progress for the full programme (free of charge, open order book and hospital stock)
? Raise and co-ordinate the free of charge (FOC) sales orders process ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of hardware
? Co-ordinate with the Seats GB and/or Safran partners on buyer furnished equipment (BFE) and in-flight entertainment (IFE) on demand, consumption and stock levels.
? Measure and analyse performance of the hardware fulfilment status in line with programme objectives and provide the required weekly/monthly data for reporting
? Maintain a safe environment for yourself and colleagues in accordance with the Company's Health & Safety policy
? Ensure a consistent approach to “standardised work”, share learning experiences
? Undertake other duties and task as may be reasonably requested by your manager from time to time
? Participate in;
o Internal and external supply chain meetings
o In production programme governance meetings
o On-site support hardware reviews
o Continuous improvement activities within the programme and or other functions
