Training and Quality Administrator (Quality) (M/F)

Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Training and Quality Administrator within the Training and Quality department. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.

This Training and Quality Administrator position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will be controlling and analysing the training requirements for all positions at Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services as part of the Training department.

Role Responsibilities will include:

• To develop, control and review training plans with department heads and managers in line with the company\'s strategy, to meet the business needs.
• To work with the Training Manager to implement, review and develop a training plan for the business and interacting with departments to ensure the effectiveness of the plan.
• Maintaining the training diary and attendance including inviting colleagues for training, updating the records database HR Manager.
• Work with the Quality Team to control Employee Authorisation process.
• Organising and administering Competence Assessments for EASA Part 145.
• Work with Training Manager and Quality to ensure training aligns with competence requirements and refresher schedules are met.
• Arrange and schedule training with both internal and external trainers, set up and/or conduct Web Based Training.
• To manage training bookings, monitoring attendance and all logistical requirements of training events including monitoring KPIs.

Skills and Experience required:

• Preferable to have a training administration background.
• Excellent administration and coordination skills.
• Experience organising and coordinating training.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to develop positive, productive, and collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of partners.
• Ability to produce timely and accurate reports.
• Ideally degree qualified to secondary education (A Levels) or BTECH/HNC or experience in similar role (A Levels) or BTECH/HNC (Desirable).

On site working with hybrid capability dependant on training schedule.

Required to train night shift employees, so one to two weeks a year working the night shift (10pm to 6am).

Travel to Germany once or twice a year maximum.

From £22,900 per year.
