As from 1st December 2017:

Elise Hermant is appointed as Groupe ADP Communication Director, member of the Executive Committee, to replace Benjamin Perret. 

Since November 2013, Elise Hermant has been head of the Medias and Reputation Department within Groupe ADP, in charge of press relations, crisis communication, social networks management and digital Medias as well as individual shareholders relations.

As graduate from CELSA and Sciences-Po Paris (Paris Institute of Political Studies), Elise Hermant started her carrier in 2008 as press and communication advisor to the office of Xavier Bertrand Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Solidarity; then she worked for the office of Martin Hirsch, High Commissioner for Active Solidarity against Poverty. 

In 2010, she joined the Havas Paris Group as Account Director within the Influence department and worked for the agency's main clients to assist them and helped to structure expertise, crisis communication and public relations offers. 

In 2013, she joined Groupe ADP, just before the launch of the strategic plan Connect 2020.
