ImageBase Technology have three main services - training, installations, and maintenance.
Training: ImageBase offers comprehensive training for all purchases of its standard software. Training for ImageBase packages such as Photophone and CrimeBase typically includes on-site half day training with support materials including an interactive CD-ROM for user reference once training is complete. Usually the training is in small groups of up to 8 people and is coordinated to coincide with the installation of the software ensuring expertise is on hand every step of the way for the customer.
Installation: ImageBase provide on and off site installations and the service usually applies to systems requiring connection and configuration of peripherals such as modems, scanners, video cameras etc.
Maintenance - Our records indicate that support, if required, is usually requested within the month after purchase. All ImageBase clients are therefore entitled to 30 days free technical support. After 30 days free support additional software support can be purchased for only £399.00 per license/annum for Photophone, or for 12.5% of software cost for other ImageBase applications. Additional, alternative ImageBase software support licenses can be purchased at £99.00 per license/annum.
