NASA's Orion Spacecraft is taking shape at Kennedy Space Center in Florida

At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, national media together with NASA Administrator Charles Bolden watched technicians attach the crew module on top of the completed Orion Space Craft service module. This is the first step in moving the three primary Orion elements -- the crew module, service module and launch abort system -- into the correct configuration for launch as early as this December.
