EAHM Culinary Students Sponsored by Robert Welch

As part of the undergraduate hospitality management degrees at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, the students are required to work in the kitchen for a total of one trimester (3 months). They learn everything from basic knife skills to various cooking techniques as well as different types of products available. They cook and prepare three course meals for visitors who then provide them with valuable feedback.
