Andreas Medlhammer on Lido mPilot features / Lufthansa Systems

Andreas Medlhammer is the Product Owner for Lufthansa Systems' Lido Charting Apps. In this video he gives some insight into some of the features of Lido mPilot, namely Company Layers and Cold Temperature Correction.

Company Layers offer the possibility for the airline to create content currently available in separate airline documentation and display that in mPilot. Examples are security airspaces, decompression routes or anything else you want your pilots to see.

The Cold Weather Correction calculator is a feature in Lido mPilot that enables the cold weather correction in the terminal chart, where you need it, and prominently displays on top of the terminal chart. With this feature we eliminate the use of separate tables or apps to do this correction and display the data where required.
