SOFINS 2021: A French partnership allowing Ultra High Frequency (UHF) capacity

Thanks to a unique and innovative partnership with the French Ministry of Armed Forces, Airbus launched at SOFINS 2021 its new Satellite Communication (SatCom) solution Next UHF.

Answering growing satellite communications demands:
The UHF capacity is used a lot in military operations and is essential for all armed forces but is very difficult to access. Airbus has invested to continue supporting the future military operations.

Innovative French Partnership:
This innovative partnership, developed in few months, will allow France, for the 1st time, to have a UHF SatCom capacity in orbit in 2024.
