In the role of Project Manager II, you will be responsible for the development, communication and maintenance of the Engineering Project Plan, and ensure coordination with external and internal customers on project management tasks. You'll have the opportunity to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation, and recruiting of subordinates for entire program in area of responsibility. This position contributes to our vision by:
? Coordinate, track and provide status of performance to program plan.
? Investigation, resolution, and communication of issues that can affect program plan.
? Performs program staffing capacity analysis.
? Responsible for program/project schedule integration of engineering tasks.
? Supports compliance to Engineering commitments.
? Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance.
? Identifies the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools and provides solutions.
? Applies program technical requirements to work requirements, processes, and tasks.
? Develops solutions to problems, which require ingenuity and innovation.
