During the presentation of its annual results on 6 March, the French Ministry Of Defence procurement agency (DGA) observed that "the efforts have paid off concerning the availability of helicopters and Rafale fighter jets, which has improved a lot in recent years".

He also stated that he is "firmly in favour of a large delegation, through contracts with specific and precise objectives and equally large and accurate penalties. These contracts "must be written efficiently and avoid a sequen...(…)
