Revima Group soon to be bought out by Argos Soditic

Revima Group has entered into exclusive negotiations with Argos Soditic for a future acquisition of shares, alongside Olivier Legrand and Christian Grzanka. The transaction could be completed by next summer, subject to the usual permits. Argos Soditic is a European investment capital business established in Brussels, Frankfurt, Geneva, Milan and Paris.
