To perpetuate the spirit of the "Pilots du souvenir" created in 1929 by Jean-Baptiste Salis, the "Amicale Aéronautique de Cerny" became the "Amicale Jean-Baptiste Salis" in 1972 welcomes you to the aerodrome of Cerny La Ferté Alais where it has set itself the objectives of:

To preserve and maintain in flight condition collector aircraft and to enhance the aeronautical heritage.
To build or rebuild aircraft belonging to the history of aviation and to transmit know-how in this field.
To facilitate and popularize the practice of aviation both by means of the State and by private means.
To establish among all the pilots, mechanics and other members of the Association a center of friendly relations.
Maintain a certain state of mind, perpetuating the memory of Jean-Baptiste Salis.
The Amicale now has 300 members, of whom 60 are very active, who work weekly and weekends to maintain the flight status of our 30 historic aircraft, and those of individuals fully invested in the operation of the aircraft. AJBS.
