CAV Aerospace

CAV is a leading supplier of precision machined parts to the aerospace industry. With 600 employees and 33,500 sqm of manufacturing and distribution facilities (in both the UK and Poland) we design, manufacture, assemble and deliver components to leading aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing and Gulfstream.

DESIGN

Using the latest 3D CAD software, our team of trained and accredited design staff work closely with our customers at every level of the design, build and testing process. Form to function, concept to case proven.

MANUFACTURE

Our manufacturing facilities in the UK and Poland produce aircraft parts and components of all sizes. Our capabilities include sheet-metal fabrication, CNC routing, rubber and brake press, stretch-form, spot welding and wet treatments.

ASSEMBLY

Our skilled and focused workforce has a unique understanding of plant and process, and in addition to individual components we also supply complete sub assemblies. Examples include aircraft avionics racks, access doors and tail parts.

LOGISTICS

Our job does not finish at the end of the production line. We are also experts in material handling, packaging, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and security. Our dedicated logistics centre in Chester delivers to international customers on a daily basis.
