We have chosen to put our Customer Service at the center of our organization. Customer loads are allocated to each of our customers, in order to answer their requests. Coupling a high performing GPAO (SILOG V7), a SFAO (PSM) and a computerized production schedule our objective is to obtain a service rate higher than 95%.

Our daily actions aim to ensure a perfect control of our processes in order to guarantee the respect of the specifications and obtain the "PLUG and PLAY". Our QSE system is deployed to be an important vector of REAMETAL 's ethical values. It participates in sustainable development, protection of the environment and human respect.

Being present in Product Design allows us to bring you our expertise and know-how, with the objective of reducing development times, optimizing manufacturing and thus obtaining productivity gains.
